A prominent London landmark, the office building at 33 Cavendish Square spans nineteen upper floors, offering panoramic views of the city. Home to a diverse range of businesses, the space is dynamic, inspiring, and full of energy. Its prime location, at the crossroads of four distinctive areas, places it at the heart of a vibrant mix of cultures. Known for its blend of personality and style, the building stands out in the local area.
A recent renovation was designed to meet the evolving needs of its users, with a key focus on creative feature lighting that enhances the building’s interior and adds character. alphaLED was chosen to provide lighting solutions that would serve both immediate and long-term needs. The installation spans the main floors, including the double-height reception and eight 20-person lifts.
The lighting design complements the building’s infrastructure, defining work zones, highlighting structural features, and ensuring a seamless flow between communal spaces, from coffee lounges to meeting rooms and offices. Across 200,000 square feet, the lighting highlights conference tables, illuminates wall art, and directs movement through corridors and walkways.
The innovative lighting design creates an atmosphere of empowerment and productivity, while carefully placed light accents elevate the overall style of the space.
